Founder Vivien Horder established the Estate Agency in the mid 1980's, progressing the company shortly thereafter in to lettings thus offering a complete property service. Due to the success of both services it was decided to split the business in 2004 although continue to operate from the same town centre premises. Vivien Horder Property Management has continued to grow into a successful and busy Letting Agent. Vivien's daughter Susan Gritton is a joint Director continuing the family connection. Vivien Horder Estate Agent's is a thriving Agent under the leadership of Vivien's son David. Looking forward both companies continue to progress, built on the foundations and ethics that Vivien Horder worked so hard to achieve.
