Joe started working at Vivien Horders in 2023 having had previous Estate Agency experience in Bournemouth, Poole and Sturminster Newton. He has grown up in Blandford Forum and married his partner Amelia and welcomed their first child together in 2025. He is an avid football fan and enjoys socialising with friends and family outside of work.

Set up in 1984 by Vivien Horder herself the company is now the longest established independent Estate Agent in the town.
Her son David joined the company in 1986 and so offers a raft of experience in selling property in the local area, together with his dedicated staff all of whom grew up in Blandford Forum.
